You are sitting, minding your own business, eating your lunch in a neighborhood restaurant. All of a sudden, you hear a loud boom and find yourself injured or worse, you lose your life. According to reports, the man was inside M&J Homestyle Cooking on West Main Street in Snellville. He was eating his meal when a woman crashed into the building. Sadly, that man lost his life as a result of the accident.
Officers said that the driver of the vehicle, a 68-year-old woman, was pulling into the restaurant’s parking lot with her husband and hit the accelerator instead of the brake. The accident proved fatal for one man and caused injury for another. The driver and her passenger were not injured in the incident. Authorities were not clear whether or not the woman would face charges as a result of the accident.
