All of our scholarship applications will be reviewed by Rafi Law Firm with an emphasis toward application content, academic achievement(s), the quality of the essay, strength in the face of financial adversity, and commitment to achievement through education, and also any personal message conveyed. False claims will result in disqualification. The Rafi Law Firm does not sell, share, or distribute the information you submit with your scholarship application to any third parties. The information you submit will be used only for determining the scholarship recipient and deleted after the selection period.

The winner of the Rafi Law Firm will be determined by a selection committee set up by the Rafi Law Firm; said selection will in no way be influenced by gender, race, national origin, sexual preference or any criteria other than the meeting of the application requirements and our committees evaluation of the essay attached with the application.
