A crash in the Browns Mill Park neighborhood occurred in front of a Checkers in the late evening hours of June 11. One person died in the incident that took place at 211 Cleveland Avenue SW.
Authorities arrived at the scene and blocked off the area around the restaurant. At this juncture, it doesn’t appear as if another car was involved in the accident.
The circumstances that led to the fatal crash are also not yet revealed, as it’s possible the driver was impaired or the car experienced some sort of malfunction.
This particular area tends to be a little quieter with regard to businesses and traffic lights, which means that exercising supreme caution while driving at night is required.
It’s not known if the person involved in the crash was departing from or heading to Checkers.
